Not much of a WOD Book but creating a supple leopard is an awesome book for technique and mobility

My first box gave these to every new member and you could replace them when you needed a new one for like $10. I don't know if they actually ordered from Sport Journals or just used a very similar format and printed their own.

I have an entire WODbook layout that I made that you could get printed up/bound at OfficeMax or Staples but I've just been using the 3x6 or so spiral notebooks from Five Star. Dirt cheap and they get the job done. As someone suggested, leave the last pages for benchmarks and maxes. I can usually fit a lifting session and one class per page of the book I use.

I got one from my original box that really worked well. I ordered a couple different ones online and they don't have enough room to write down everything I want. I ended ordering this weekly calendar this week to use. It's the same layout as my old one, it just includes dates which I will just cross out.
