Well I didn't see anyone post the commitment thread today, so I'm going ahead and doing it!
What's everybody's goal today? What are you going to accomplish to reach your goal weight today? And on a side note, what's your favorite healthy go-to snack at the moment?

June 6th Commitment:
-Drink 8 glasses of water
-Stay within my 1,000 calorie deficit
-Walk 12,000 Steps
-Walk 1 Mile at work
-Grocery shop
*My favorite go-to-snack lately has been frozen grapes. Yumm!! Also I discovered smoked salmon from Krogers (their private selection) and I'm obsessed with putting it on my salad for lunch!0 -
Thanks Em for posting for us! Well its supposed to pour rain here today, so I will have to run steps tonight, replace some cupboard doors in the kitchen, and put some trim up around a bedroom door that i replaced.
My go to snack - how boring of me - fat free yogurt from our local Tops Market.0 -
Good morning! Thanks for getting the thread going!
I ran 2 1/2 miles this morning, and I'm planning to do another 2 1/2 or more this evening.
My favorite snack at the moment is greek yogurt with blueberries. I also packed a "new" snack in my lunch today, so I'm interested to see how it is. I spread 2 wedges of laughing cow cheese (I used garlic & herb flavor) on a whole wheat tortilla, added some diced cucumber, and rolled it up like a burrito. Who knows, it may end up being my favorite snack!0 -
My man's playing a show tonight, so I committ to not have any alcoholic beverages That's the best I can do for today! By the way, I know none of you guys live around New Orleans, but you can check out Harvey Castle on facebook - that's him!0

Another beautiful day!! Bike ride to work and bike then maybe work on the yard, or I may just sit and watch a movie with my husband cause he gets back today!!0

Today I felt much better so I did Day 10 on the 30 DS level 3 and 30 mins Tae Bo cardio. I'm so happy I've managed to complete the 30DS and I might start it again soon. So people who are still doing it, please don't give up and stick to the diet plan as well, Jillian Michaels is no joke. I have lost inches from my waist, arms, and thighs. Good luck0

Did a 4:30 AM run and then did a walking field trip with my students today.
Feeling energized and happy!
That's probably it for me today with the exception of having a really healthy dinner...
