    On a Christian level I couldn't begin to name them. One that just came to mind is "For we walk by faith, not by sight." 2 Cor 5:7

    And this one really helps me in the diet world "We are afflicted in every way, but not crushed; perplexed but not driven to despair; persecuted, but not forsaken; struck down, but not destroyed." 2 Cor 4:8-9
