Commitment - Friday June 7

Morning all!! I have been a busy girl the last few days, I know I haven't been posting... but here I am! (lol)
So, TGIF!! What are you challenging yourself to do today? :)

    My walk is already done for the day; another early morning exercise success.... Now to stick to my calories for the day and drink lots of water! :)

    Hey all TGIF! A gloomy dank mornig here in the easten US., gotta get myself in a better mood. I will probably do the usual tonight get out and hike if the rain takes a break. If not, dont know at this point. I was bad last night, made a homemade spinach salad with sweet and sour bacon dressing, ate like 3 bowls of it. the scale this morning let me know I ate too much!

    Today, I will start those full length Tae Bo videos as I completed the 30 day shred yesterday. Has anyone ever heard or done blogilates workouts? I might try it out some today and see how it goes. Otherwise, I will stay within calories and try to drink atleast 6-8 glasses of water.

    Good morning! I did day 3, Level 3 of 30 DS this morning. I'll also stay within my calories today. This week I haven't been so great with my excercise. I'm working out everyday, but I haven't been able to push myself has hard as I usually do. My knees are really bothering me, especially my right one. I first felt it pull while doing lunges on 30 day shred. So today I skipped that part on the video and did something else for those 30 seconds. I really hope the problem goes away and doesn't develop into something more!

    Anyway, I might get out for a walk or bike ride this evening with my daughter as well.

    Today I'm going to be active outdoors (finally, nice weather!). Yesterday Family treated itself to eating out - crab. Nice treat, but my tongue was shocked by the salt used to make it which really (pleasantly) surprised me.
  • Another early morning 4 mile run for me.
    Getting easier to get my butt out of bed to do the right thing.
    Will continue to make good food choices today, but did anyone know that today is donut day at Dunkin Donuts?
    You buy a beverage and you get to have a free donut.
    I will take my kids after school for a treat. I'll let you know if I maintain control...:huh:

  • We are on a roll with good weather up here in Alaska (knock on wood) so bike ride to work, then husband is picking me up after work to get some shopping done, then riding our bikes downtown to some drinks and music in the park!! Just need to really watch what I eat tonight, I need that scale to move a little more for me :wink:

    I walked a mile this morning and am going to walk another 2 now. I plan on getting at least 6miles today and eat according to my plan.

    Today was my (planned) rest day, so I kept my activity pretty light. My challenge today was to attend my niece's high school graduation party and stay away from the "cheesecake bar." Success! I had some raw almonds & a banana before I went, stayed away from the food as I visited with everyone, and then came home and ate a healthy dinner. Tomorrow I've got a 2.5K nature trail hike planned with my cousin, plus it's W5D2 of C25K.
