6/7 30 Day Challenge Day 7

Good morning! I'm off to a very slow start this morning. I stayed up way too late last night and I'm paying for it now. :sick: Luckily, I didn't get crazy and eat anything too bad. Homemade popcorn with a little butter and salt. It could've been worse.
Yesterday, I only did 30 squats. :ohwell: I stayed under my calorie count, just barely thanks to that popcorn. I didn't actually exercise for 30 minutes. Instead I played drums on Band Hero for an hour. Does that count for something? I think it should because my legs hurt and I think I've developed a blister on my hand. :laugh:
Today, I plan to stay under my calories, do 2 sets of 30 squats, and exercise for 30 minutes. Hopefully I'll wake up and feel a little better after some coffee.

It's still morning(well somewhere it is, lol), Hope your weather wasn't all that bad from Andrea.
You stayed under your calorie goal and got in 30 squats :drinker: ...that's better than the alternative, doing nothing...
I got in 35 minutes Rockin Body yesterday and 25 squats but I went over in calories, as I had some root beer...while really good...should've known better...:noway:
I am so glad tomorrow is weigh in day...I've been dying to get on the scale, but I'm also scared too(what will I see?)
Playing the drums even the fake drums is still hard work(hubby plays the drums) and his arms and legs get so sore(and strong).
As I sit here trying to figure out what I want to do i.e. workout....I still just sit here...need to get up and get moving....I've eaten pizza for lunch and had some more root beer so I need those extra workout calories I get....

I went over my calories yesterday because the fiance surprised me with soft serve cookie dough ice cream from the ice cream stand... :ohwell:
My goals for today:
Stay within my calories
Do 2 sets of 30 squats (Completed)
Do 2 sets of 1 minute jumping jacks (Completed)
Do 2 sets of 1 minute crunches (Completed)
Burn calories waitressing tonight ... Going in an hour.0 -

Just a quick update, calories good waiting on my roasted chicken to get done!
Exercise for the day:
30 Day Shred
25 minutes biking at an average speed of 20.3
42 crunches and my abs hurt!

Ok, I did 45 minutes Rockin Body....
Which included 20 pushups, which I did, girlie style...No squats for me tonight :bigsmile:
And a 10 second plank....woohoo!!!, Yeah me!!
I am kind of patting myself on the back as this challenge has gotten me up off the couch and moving....

Well the conference is over,so I can get my diet and exercise routine back back to normal...nothing like long work days and meals out to screw up the calorie count! :grumble:
Feel like I could have tried harder to stay on track, but what's done is done so I'll deal with the inevitable weight gain and crack on with a better week next week.

Burned lots of calories doing my company's community service day today. (Not often that my exercise log reads "Demolition" - I may be really sore tomorrow, but tearing down walls WAS a lot of fun!
) I ate most of those calories back, but heck, I earned 'em and I didn't go over.
Looking forward to a relaxing weekend. All the kids' end of year stuff is over, so we get to just hang out with family & friends. Of course, that means pizza, so I'll have to navigate that little land mine. Hope y'all have good weekends!0
