Day 5: 40 Crunches

Done, but they were hard... actually finding my push-ups the hardest challenge, think the crunches are the easiest of the 3 exercises I'm doing!

    Overslept this morning. Going to have to do the crunches when I get home. I was able to do the squats though.

    I did today's set yesterday instead of taking a rest day. Does that mean I should rest today or do them again today?
