Commitment - Saturday June 8

Every commitment that I've posted has been in the evening after the fact, so I'm going to make commitments before the day gets
1: Get my water in! I struggle on the weekends.
2: C25K (W5D2). Bought new running shoes yesterday & can't wait to try them out
3: Stay in my calories: I struggle on weekends.
4: 2.5K nature hike (hilly route) with my cousin
What's everybody else got planned for today?

going to do some yard work this morning, then a friend's graduation party this afternoon. I'll have a huge challenge staying within calories today as the party is catered and one of my biggest weaknesses is saying no. Then get a hike in later today.0

Today I took a rest because I was working out the whole week but I did walk a lot today when I went shopping lol I hope that counts as well. However, I'll make sure I stay within calories even though chicken wings and fries are on the menu for dinner tonight, so I will skip the fries and make some salad instead.0

This morning I ran 4 miles on the treadmill, then walked another quarter of a mile at the highest incline. The rest of the day I'll do my best to stay within calories and drink plenty of water. On another note, somehow my husband has lost 3 pounds this week. He only excercised once and really didn't eat all that great, but he works a fairly laborous job. He's now lost 22 pounds since February. I wish it could be that easy for me!0
