Okay, so Day 4: 06/07/2013 is a rest day! Congratulations! Needless to say; I Challenge YOU to make another step to getting toned! Are YOU Up for the Challenge?! "I DARE YOU!" --- Dont forget to let us know when you've completed your challenge. This Challenge is optional. HAPPY TONING :-)

Calf raises: 5 sets, 10 reps
Biceps curl: 5 sets, 10 reps
sit-ups:5 sets, 10 reps
Abdominal crunches: 5 sets, 10 reps
standing biceps curl with dumbell: 5 sets, 10 reps

    im not gonna take a rest day until the next time you guys take one so im just gonna do 65 squats right now :)

    It was still a rest Day... From Squats. lol But we still need to work on toning other muscles :-)
