    Dear friends and fellow walkers
    Just stopping by to say hi and let you know that I cannot commit to any mileage this month. I am still recovering from my arthritis flare up and do what I can whenever I can. Right now I am drowning in work (gardening, business) so I don't even have enough time for a decent 4 or 5 mile walk. I'll keep in touch though and hope to walk with you in July again.     Happy Sunday - usually my rest day but trying to get back in the swing. The workout I did today was one of my first DVDs and I think my all time favorite.

    This has been a rough month so far for exercising. I have been so very busy with some real life changing events and changes going on this month in my family. I do lurk to see how everyone is doing and post whenever I can snatch some time to walk. Everyone was sleeping very early this morning so I took the dog out then went back out for my own walk.

    I am proud of all the walkers logging those miles!

    I am still doing Leslie Sansone Just Walk Ultimate 5 Day Walk Plan. Unless noted, I do this video 5 days a week. I love it and highly recommend it!!
