    Up .4 this week BUT TOM is here (thanks a lot) and I started weight training last week. I'm thinking next week is gonna be good!

    That is OK. Two things, my clothes are fitting better, and I think I'm building muscle because I'm stronger!

    1.8 pounds lost. It's frustrating, because 2 days ago I was a half pound lighter.
