Here we go ladies!!!!! We have reached the 100's!!

Let me know how you all do! Dont be afraid to break them up in two sets or as many sets as you need to do to get it done.

On a side note: I have noticed some real muscle definition beginning on my legs. My husband said I should stop with the squats because I'm going to have man calfs! Haha. He's real supportive if you cant tell....

    I got my 100 in today too! I will admit I did 2 sets of 50 but daang! :)
