Thanks for the motivation

I've been struggling with depression, and I have to say that doing the Morning Movement and Evening Cool Down has been very good for my emotional health. I also feel a sense of excitement at planning how to meet the Weekly Challenges and schedule them into my week. On Thursday, I'm trying a kickboxing class at my gym! Yesterday I Pampered myself, and today I'm going to work on a scrapbooking page from a 5-K my family did last year. I have all the pictures in the sleeve, but never actually got around to finishing it.

I just wanted to say thanks for starting this, and I'm glad I found this group.

    I am glad you found us also! Not that I don't want to lose weight, because I do, and I am, but I wanted to organize a group that was more focused on being positive, and on developing a better sense of self (and self-esteem). You're an inspiration and again...I am glad you found us!
