Today I broke through a goal! I am now in the 160's! WoOt! The scale told me 169.6 this morning! WoOt! For the most part I weigh in on Friday's so here are my stats!

Finished 30 Day Shred, this last month I only lost a lb overall. Started Ripped in 30 this last week and I seem to have progressed into a pattern of a lb a week. Hopefully I can keep that up and finish up this challenge with a couple more loses.
