I am back after attending my nephew's graduation. It was very difficult staying on track but I did as well as I could.
I walked 5 miles yesterday. Plan to do the same today.0 -
Today I did 50 mins Tae Bo Ultimate bootcamp and 10 mins blogilates workout. I plan to stay within calories and try to drink 6-8 glasses of water.0

Hey You all! I have a question, do you eat back your exercise calories? I have a bodymedia link armband, so I just go back my calorie defecit on that...but I'm still not losing weight
June 12th Commitment:
-Drink 8 glasses of water
-Stay within my 1,000 calorie deficit
-Walk 12,000 Steps
-Walk 1.7 miles with a friend (If it's still nice out, if not then I'll do a workout video)
Have a fantastic Hump Day!0 -
Already done my intervals on the treadmill.
Late meeting tonight but packed healthy meal so that I don't have to grab a naughty take out.
Yay for me being prepared...

I plan to work out indoors for 45 minutes. I feel I will not be able to walk outdoors due to my allergic reaction to the heat. I don't need hives or dermatitis. I am sure those are stress driven too.
Life is so short, I will not be killing myself and be an OCD about my weight loss.
The body knows when we are overdoing it or stressing over it.
Be happy, exercise with a smile. :bigsmile:0 -

When I started I ate back my calories but wasn't loosing anything, so I made a change. I decided not to eat back all my calories, depending on the type and how long my workout was. Once I did that I started to loose weight. But everyone is different, listen to your body, everyday is different and just find what works best for you. Good luck!!0 -
Bike ride to work and back and then take the dogs out on this beautiful day! Oh and of course make healthy food choices0

Restarting the 30 day shred video and getting in at least 3miles tonight.0

Just went for a good walk outside, and I have a trainer session tonight after work. My trainer is back after a week on vacation so after a week of just cardio I'm ready to get back to strength training!0
