I bought an elliptical trainer about two months ago and I couldnt use it because I had surgery but the doctor just gave me the ok to get on for about 15 minutes a day so today was the first day of me starting this journey again. I began the journey a while ago and due to medical issuses i did not have the energy to really focus nor obtain my goals. Now i am feeling much better and i can use my personal machine instead of going way to the gym to exercise.

That's awesome. Good for you. I really love having my own elliptical at home. It makes it so much easier to workout whenever it is convenient. Keep up the good work.
