I did the reboot in 2011 and felt GREAT!!!! Now...I'm back to getting migraines all the time and feeling crappy plus I've had a few weeks of drinking...vacation etc....where I went a little overboard...sooooo...I'm going to do this again. My juicer is 2 years old...needs new blades etc so I'm just going to go get a new one on Friday and go shopping...and start a 10 day reboot on Saturday. I figure if I can get through the 1st 3 days, which are the hardest, mostly at home (sat and sun)...then the rest of the time should be easier.

Anyone else doing the reboot? How long are you doing it for? Where are you in your reboot? Add me if you like....I'm def going to need a lot of support :) Juice on!!

Good luck on your reboot!! You are so right, once you make it past day three its easy (well maybe not easy; but EASIER!) I am on Day 15 of 60 and feeling amazing. I started on a Wednesday and worked Wed and Thursday (didn't have much going on), took Friday off and then had Saturday and Sunday at home ... by the time Monday rolled around it was Day 6 and I had a decent routine and was ready to go:) You can do it !! I am adding you as well :)

The first time I did the reboot, I made it 7 days! In that 7 days, I dropped about 9 lbs, of which, 3 lbs was gained back within a couple weeks, no bigs! I made the mistake though....coming off it to go dive right into my "regular" eating habits which included pizza and wings....oh boy...worst mistake EVER!!! I was so sick all day/night after that and really had to stop and eat little bites of food for the first few days, slowly reintroducing "normal" foods. It was after that reboot that I joined MFP and started to really change the habits. I'm excited...and nervous...I know how challenging it can get.

I wish I had the willpower you both do to go for 60 days..heck, even 30 days...but if I'm gonna try...if I can keep going after 10 days, I will.
