Happy Monday turbo hotties!!! Hope you all had a wonderful weekend! We spent a couple days out at the cabin and our little man spent some time on the boat for the first time <<<< see my profile pic for a cute pic of him driving the boat with his grandpa! Anyways, I changed my rest days up but am now back on schedule and halfway through week 10!! HIIT 25 + Sculpt 30 done and done!

WEEK 12!!!! I missed one last week so I did Fire 30 and Stretch 10 today and will be finishing with 3 days of the long cardio (I've been skipping the Stretch 40 days and it's on the calendar twice for this week). Can't wait to do pics and measurements on Saturday!0

Ok so my plan was to continue on with weeks 13-20..But I have a great opportunity to do a Challenge Group, so that is starting on 6/16/13:bigsmile: My exercise program of choice is of course Turbo Fire! I'm gonna do the whole 12 weeks again:bigsmile: This time with the new schedule that did not come with my TF dvd's! I'm too excited!! So normally my rest days are Sunday, but since I will be doing TF with a small group, I'm gonna follow calendar exactly and change rest days to Wed..I'm resting today then one more day of Week 13 for me which I will do it tomorrow...Then on Friday and Sat. I'm just gonna do whatever maybe some Turbo Jam and Sunday starts the challenge!! Out of the challenge I would love to lose 18.5 lbs...So Imma try my very best. That would make me 50lbs lighter since starting MFP back in Jan 2013!! Imma still log my exercises on here as I'm doing the challenge too, because I love logging on here...WooHoo!! Took a much needed rest day yesterday after staying up with a crying baby all night and having a very sore wrist (reason unknown). Back to it this morning with HIIT 20 + Tone 30 from yesterday and hope to catch up this afternoon by completing Fire 30 + Stretch 10 as well!!0

HIIT 15 + Sculpt 30 this morning. Phew. The HIIT was super hard because I've been having issues with crap in the throat (I know....ew). I had to pause it a few times to catch my breath.0

Truth is a wanted to be lazy today lol humidity had me tired and out of it! I pushed through and did Fire 30 plus Tone 30. 546 calories burned oh yeah!0

So many things have happened in the past two weeks I feel super guilty for not exercising
At least I'm staying in my calories right? ...that's just making myself feel better.
Well....to make up for it I'm starting Month 2 of Turbo Fire all over again (only got to do a week of it anyway).
I have my boyfriend on board to kick my *kitten* into gear come Monday.
On the bright side, I still lost 2.2lbs in the weeks of non-exercise by still keeping within my calories0 -
