Today I'm hoping to receive the Jillian Michaels Body revolution DVD by post but if I don't get it, I'll do my usual 50 mins Tae Bo workout and try to stay within calories.

Today I will increase my pace to get to the 6 miles I plan to walk. Celebrating my husbands birthday today as he was traveling and will be home tonight. I will plan ahead for the food and eat to the plan.

    Morning Die-hards! :)
-Although, can I still be considered one if I'm not losing weight? lol!

    June 13th Commitment:
    -Drink 8 glasses of water
-Stay within my 1,000 calorie deficit
    -Walk 12,000 Steps
    -Walk 1 mile during work
-Walk after work (weather permitting) if not, then I plan to go inside and do a workout or the dreaded treadmill...oi!

Yes of course everyone who's trying their best and not giving up are die-hards  If you're not losing weight, why don't you change your workouts? I would highly recommend Jillian Michaels or Billy Blanks Tae Bo workout. If you're dedicated to them and eat healthily which you're doing right now, I'm sure you'll start seeing results in two weeks. Good luck :)

I've posted on here how nervous I was about my trainer being on vacation for a week and whether I was going to gain weight again like I did the last time I did when he was gone for a week. From Monday last week to Wednesday this week I lost 2.8 pounds. The support I get from members of this group really helped a lot.

    Today's commitments:

    1) 10K steps
    2) Trainer session after work!
    3) Lots of water
    4) Good food choices
    5) No quacking like a duck (the sun is shining here)

Today I'm really going to focus on eating right and staying within my calories. I've made some not so healthy choices in the past week or so, and even though most days I've stayed in my calorie range, I know I'm not putting the right things in my body. So today that is changing!

After work today I'm going to get on my treadmill and run until I can't go anymore! I've been under a lot of stress lately, so tonight I just want to get it all out in a healthy way. I'm actually kind of interested to see how far I end up going. So far the longest run I"ve done is 5.25 miles, but that's when I put a time limit on myself due to family responsibilities. There will be no limits on my run tonight!

I have the 30 day shred and the insanity. Although, I feel like after I do it for a whole week, I get bored. I talked to a friend at work and she suggested just start walking my usual 40 minutes a day (or more that adds up to 12,000 or more steps) that I do lesser steps two of the days and do the 30 day shred on those days. I'm going to try that next week and see how it goes! Thanks for the advice!

Laura---great job with the weight loss!!! :)

I totally know what you mean - even if I'm sticking to my calories if I'm not eating the right things I just don't feel as good. I swear it even saps my energy.

    Thank you!

I'm all about variety too - I get very bored doing the same workout over and over. That's why I prefer a fitness class to doing a DVD.
  • Beautiful day today but didn't ride my bike cause I have some things to take care of during lunch, but I will take the dogs on a run after work for hopefully an hour! I checked the scale today to find out I've lost a total of 9 lbs so far!!!! Wow that's crazy, better keep it up!

  • You guys are amazing, I on the other hand suck. Although I have stuck to my fitness plan, getting on the board has been quite the challenge for me. I took on something I couldn't keep up... I am so sorry...

My commitment for today...well, I did 6.23 miles of running in 1:15 hours this morning, does that count. Ugh, I feel like a loser for not being on here like I thought I would.

I got really busy this week.
Heading to the beach and I’m very excited!
I hope to see a bit of sun but it can be tough on the Oregon Coast.
Commitment for the next few days; I plan on getting a lot of walking in :) And will try super duper hard to not over indulge. I’ll see you all next week
