Happy Friday, Diehards! What are your goals today?

I had my trainer session early today, so I did a 10 minute warm-up on the elliptical and 30 minutes of strength training. I'm pretty sure my trainer is meaner in the morning...maybe because the few days we have to train early I drag him to the gym at 5 am? :ohwell:
My goal for today is to make great choices to go into the weekend feeling strong: get in my 10K steps, eat well, drink lots of water. Last weekend was kind of a bust, so I'm going to do better this time around.

I'm going to be the debbie downer today and say I have no commitments today except to walk walk walk (I'm not counting steps because I left my bodymedia at home). I am going to try NOT to eat my feelings though today...just a lot going on inside my head and I don't want to worry about counting calories today. But I feel like walking will help clear my head some.
So that is my promise. I am going to try to walk at work if it stays gorgeous out and then I'm going to go for a walk after I drop my mom off at a work function. If it's not so sunny out tonight, I will walk on the treadmill.0 -
Today I did Tae Bo Cardio Inferno and some blogilates videos from youtube. If the weather stays good, I might walk to the shopping centre in the afternoon. I might have a cheat meal for dinner tonight but I'll make sure I have a small portion or skip the dessert. Let's see how it goes :ohwell:0

Bike ride to work and back, then I am packing up and getting ready for camping and rafting fun this weekend!! Just gotta watch what I eat (and drink) this weekend and I think I will be fine0

Did four miles early this morning and lots of activity today during our school's field day.
Ready for an early night.
