Helloooo! :) I think we all have that someone, maybe a celebrity, or an athlete, or even people we know in real life, who serves as our inspiration in fitness. I dont know if this was brought up before but im kinda new here so idk. :smile:

Anyway, I really look up to JILLIAN MICHAELS. Knowing that she's an overweight teen, and look at her now, looking fabulous at her 38. :3 She really motivates me since I can pretty much relate to her story. Plus when I want to slack off on my workout, I just imagine her yelling at me to just push harder.

That's it! ;) And kindly add me up. I'm new so I really need some friends who I will walk with in this journey towards fitness.

    my best friend ... after having her 3 kids she was a size 20 ... she is now a 6 heading for a 4 ... she is my inspiration, Mother, wife, healthcare provider and still finds the time to eat right and workout. She has kept that weight off for over 6 years. I want to be like her when I grow up :laugh:
