Hello,
I am new to this group. I have made several attempts to lose weight. I would make progress, then I would just give up. I lack consistency, but I am determined to get this weight off. About two months, I am very close to becoming a diabetic and that is scary. Stress and emotional eating is a huge part of my life, but I am working on it. I joined the gym, and I am going to start planning my meals ahead. I would like to lose 40-50 pounds, but I know it will take a lot of work. Basically, I am looking for encouragement and someone to root me on as I take another attempt to get in shape. Pray for me!
