My results have been somewhat disappointing, but that is my fault. I am recommitting today to tracking all food eaten and all exercise. I have three weeks to hit my challenge goal weight of 299, which is only 6.5 pounds away! I can do this!0 -
I had a pretty good week last week! I'm not looking forward to this week though as I'm supposed to have that famous monthly visitor and she likes to screw things up. I'm going to work extra hard to make it a loss this week!

I've lost 13.2 bounds so far during this challenge. I know I'm not going to reach my goal, but at this point I'm okay with that. I had wanted to get down to 160 pounds before the end of the challenge. I am very proud of myself for the progress I have made though. I finally be in the 160's is awesome! And I seriously can't wait to be in the 150's. It has been YEARS since I've seen that number on the scale. So a big pat on the back for me and all of you for the great job you've done so far! Remember that slow progress is still progress!

LOL! Yup! That's what I do! I also have an excel spreadsheet with everything on it. Even a nice little line graph to show my progress since the beginning! I'm an excel nerd! HAHA!0
