Well this week has been a royal bummer for me. My motivation was at an all time low. I was/am stressed severely and my compulsive eating has been bugging....I only binged one day but my will power has been non existent and good choices have been few and far between. This week needs to be better!! I am severely surprised that I am still down .4 lbs from last week, even with the horrible choices I have made this last week!!
