Now how can I make my food fun you ask? Well, go on a picnic! My challenge to you is to go on a picnic! You can do it today or plan one for this weekend! Make healthy options!
It does not have to be fussy. A picnic is totally what yoiu want it to be:
You can get some healthy fast food and sit on a bench or a blanket and eat with a friend
Make your own sandwiches or pasta salad some fruit and go to a park picnic table
Just get some crackers cheese and grapes and eat in the sun
Have lemonade or ice tea in the backyard!
Picnics are fun I have learned because so free to be outdoors and the food can be as simple or complicated as you like just make it fun!
The blanket, bench or picnic table is your choosing. Maybe bring a frisbee and get some activity too!
PS if it rains on your parade get a blanket put in living room and still have picnic...you will love it.
Peace,
WW

Hmm.... maybe that will be a good thing to do Friday (especially the get outside part) since after work, I need to sweep and wash the floors before I leave on my trip, I could do that first then wander over to Jason's Deli for my fave: tuna on gluten free bread and take it down to the causeway to watch the waves while my floors dry....0
