Does anyone juice? As in, use a juicer and make juice out of veggies and fruits? If so, how do you count this juice as far as points go? When juicing, you are removing the fiber...

Almost daily I drink around 16 ounces of juice made from kale, cucumbers, carrots, celery, apples, etc.

THANKS for any experience and/or thoughts you might have!

our leader talks about juices all the time. as far as making my own i don't, sorry. but, the store ones almost all have points. the diet ones normally don't. i would check out the WW wedsite, etools and see.

I don't have any personal experience of juicing either. I think because I read somewhere that if you juice, because you remove the fibre you need to point your juice. There must be something on the WW website which would help.

    Sadly, all juices have points.
"Juicing" takes away the fibre, calories burned and other components that make raw fruits and veggies 0 points. You will have to use the WW calculator to find the points for juicing.
