                    To all the great people out there still taking names and kicking butt!!  Keep the edge sharp on that focus, I didn't do real well this week, but I didn't loze any ground,  I am gonna promise you all for the next 2 weeks, I will refocus and push myself to break that milestone that is just downhill from me!!!!

I commend you all, pat you all on the back, and only wish we could meet in person for a group hug, cuz dangit we deserve it!!!! Fantastic you are!

 I lost 2.4 pounds this week and have officially lost ten pounds.
 I know our goal was 20 pounds in 75 days and originally I was thinking this was doable for me.
 However, I have found that I have consistently been losing just under a pound every week on average, but with HUGE measurement changes.
 So I changed my goal to 10 pounds during our group challenge with the thought that I would try to lose another 10 pounds if we sign up and do another round.
 I'm not sure why I had such a big loss this week. The only thing that I changed slightly was more intake of protein.
 I am ecstatic!!!!

 My first half of the week was great. Only down 0.3 from Thursday to today, but at least I keep moving in the right direction. I don't think I'm going to manage to lose another 3.4 pounds by the 28th, but I'm sure going to try!

 I am all for keeping this group alive!! It seems my weight is very slow to come off, but I enjoy the daily and weekly accountability this group brings.
 This last week was very stressful and I didn't get in any exercise after Tuesday, which is very weird for me because I'm usually an "every day do something" kind of person. But, because of the stress I ate a lot less than normal too, so I guess that's a good thing. I'll be setting committments every day this week and sticking to them! I'm also trying the 7-Day Miracle Diet this week to hopefully kick my weight loss into gear. Has anyone ever done this? It sounds pretty easy. I made the soup last night and it's not bad! But I'm not starting until tomorrow because we have a family dinner today for Father's Day! Have a great week!0

            Congratulations on your weight loss everyone. I think it would be great to keep going after this round ends. The daily commitments help me and I like to come here and read what everyone else is doing.
 I am down 1.5 lbs this week for total loss of 10lbs. I am very happy.
 Like BBB, I too started this challenge with the goal of 20lbs. I was new on MFP and was happy with the 1200 calories MFP gave me me. Somewhere early May I started feeling tired all day and started craving sugary foods. Down with a shin splint I could not exercise either. That week I read up a lot on this site, forums and other websites. I decided 1200 calories was too low. Using the daily calory burn from my fitbit I tweaked MFP. I changed my goal to lose one pound a week.
 Now I eat upto 1500 calories depending upon exercise. I changed my macros to increase the percentage of protein I eat daily. I am losing at least a pound every week. And I am never hungry, tired or craving food. I have enough calories to eat what I feel like.
 Start weight week 1 160 lbs
 Week 9: 150 lbs0

            Way to go BBB! Nice to read the progress that everyone is making 
 Midweek my weight went down slightly (179) but then bounced back up to where I was last week (180). Only measure change is chest (36"). I upped my calories slightly this week (too many temptations of ice cream!) and I was more active overall. I'm hoping to see more change next week (by keeping up biking and walks).
