Egg-Stuffed Avocado (recipe)

One of the healthiest and yummiest breakfast/snacks ever!! High in protein and healthy fats. SO good for you! And delicious
Ingredients:
Whole avocado
Eggs
Cayenne pepper (or any spice of your choice)
Cheese (optional)
Remove the stone from an avocado. Scoop out a little more avocado to increase the size of the stone's crater. Crack an egg into the crater. Sprinkle with Cayenne pepper (cheese too if you desire). Bake in the oven at 180 degrees until egg is cooked to the level you like.

I love these for breakfast. Instead of the cayenne pepper, after they bake, I put some salsa on top0

I tried it last week. It took forever to cook so if you don't want to wait for 40 minutes I'd kick the heat up a little. Next time I will add turkey bacon or some other meat product for it as it did not fill me up. But that could have been because I had just finished a 30 minute Jillian workout followed up with 6 miles of walking. Otherwise, yummy!0
