I am NOT trying to push a particular way of eating on anyone by any means. However, I did receive a nugget of powerful information today that resonates strongly with me and takes what I've learned over the last 15 years to the next level. I just wanted to share...take what you will and leave the rest. :-)

This was shared by one of my friends thru my low carb/keto group here on MFP. Neither she or I have any kind of investment in this, just awesome information that someone else may find helpful in their journey:

"Read this ebook! Only $3, or free for amazon prime members with Kindles. Author: Susan Campbell. "Low Carb Diet Strategies You Don't Know About". It's more of a booklet - very short, but ENLIGHTENING."

I'm a Prime member, so was able to download for free. It's an incredibly quick read...took me only about 30-45 minutes...but it may give somebody else help in getting on their "right track."

Hope everyone has a fabulous weekend!! :-)

My longest stretch for eating low carb has been about 16 months. I have only found a couple of people online who have maintained their weight on a low carb diet for over a decade. It rocks for weight loss, but is it actually sustainable for the long haul? I really want it to be, but after years and years and years of trying to make it work, it hasn't and I haven't seen it work for but a few very public people online. Do you have some personal insight into this diet?
