Hope you all are doing well. I am just moving along and still doing Leslie Sansone Just Walk Ultimate 5 Day Walk Plan. This week I will be changing it up and doing a different walk video of Leslie's on 2 miles on Thursday (Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds Mile High Calorie Burn--the whole 2 miles).
I did not get as many miles as I wanted to last week due to dealing with an attempted break-in at my apartment and police, but I am still right on track to do 50+ miles this month.

I am sorry that I have not been around much this month to post very often or to support all you wonderful walkers. I am sure looking forward to July now that things are settling down again . One of our sons recently joined the military, and last week he left with his sweet wife to his first duty station. The same week another son got married in another country. So I have been very busy saying good byes and attending family gatherings, and also welcoming into our family another precious DIL while meeting her family, and even more family gatherings. Also we have had other family celebrations and gatherings, as well as much preparations going on. Busy, busy month indeed.
I probably walked many a mile in the various airports we were in while traveling to and from the wedding, as well as all the other walking I managed to fit in this month even though I had not the time nor the opportunities to log most of them .
I walked 75 minutes outdoors this morning :glasses: . Sure was hot by the time I called it quits. Triple digits temperature today.
Now it is time to get back to some LS DVDs again as well as some very early outdoor miles during July.
