Good morning everyone and welcome to the final week of the 30 Day Challenge for Dummies! :drinker:
I can't believe I've made it this far. I hope this challenge has instilled in all of us some good habits. I think the most helpful thing I've learned from this challenge is that I can eat almost anything I want...as long as I exercise a little bit. I'm down one dress since starting this challenge and I plan on continuing until I'm down one more. I do plan on keeping up with my dieting and exercising even after this challenge is over, although I won't be maintaining the group for another month. If any of you would like to take the group over from me I would be delighted for it to continue.
As the last weekly challenge, I propose another set of 3/20's. This time around we'll do 20 reverse crunches (that's where you lie on your back with bent knees and lift your bum instead of your head), 20 leg lifts (lie on your back with legs straight and lift your legs) and 20 squats (because let's face it, they work). I know these challenges might not be very challenging to some of us but to me they're definitely challenging. I've been living a pretty sedentary life so any exercise is challenging for me. Plus, I've definitely noticed changes in my body from these 3/20's. I can almost see muscle.
"The only bad workout is the one that didn't happen." I hope you all have a marvelous Monday.

Where is everyone? I'm so lonely.
Well I tried the 3/20's and was struck by how difficult I found the leg lifts. They were super hard. I think I'm going to switch up my 3/20's and do 20 reverse crunches, 20 regular crunches and 20 squats.
Today was a good day for me. I actually got 2 sets of cardio in. I felt obligated because I went a little over board at lunch. But I still stayed under my calories.
I'll see you all in the morning.

don't know what is wrong with me, but I really need to get back on that wagon
Also, I weighed myself today and weigh a pound more than I did last week....UGH :grumble:
