Ultimate reset

Starting Wednesday and I am excited! I hope to finally get this last 10 pounds off and get the energy I need to raise my 4 kids. After 4 pregnancies I feel that my body could really use a reset lol. Anyone want to share their experiences and what they lost or any advice. I cant wait and I go grocery shopping tomorrow!

    Good luck!

    No first hand experience on the Ultimate Reset but everyone I kinow that has done it has done well.

    I am starting my second week and so far I have lost 4 1/2 pounds.
