I don't really want to lose 30 pounds that fast. So here is what I would personally like to lose before both dates.
By 10/1 I would like to get to 162
By 10/31 I would like to get to 156.7
I have my own ultimate goal weight and date set aside, so that is were those ^ numbers come from.0 -
