At 122.4Kgs I will have made a 10% change! As 13.6Kg is 30lbs and also 10% of my original weight, my goal is get to 108.8Kg which will be the 20% marker. So I'm hoping to lose 32.2lbs by Mid October and show those who think I'm just playing at this what for!
