We just maxed out our Clean and Jerks today, my first time doing this, and I am SO excited that I maxed out at 110 lbs!! I'm still relatively new to crossfit, it's only been 3 months, so I'm super excited. This led me to wonder what everyone else's PR's are......

That's awesome! I've never done the clean & jerk together for some reason. That said, my cleans & jerks are at a similar weight at the moment, so I imagine if I combined them I'd max out at 32.5kg (71.5lbs).0

Really? You have to try it! I like to do the split jerk, I think I can control it better when I do them that way. I think I get a little too excited on max out days0 -

I just tried for my 1RM for squat clean and made it to 85#. I can't imagine having to press the weight after I cleaned it though...ugghhh one day! Love hearing other women's PR's though cause it motivates me to keep trying and training cause if you can do it, so can I!0 -

My Clean is 125. I can jerk 135-140 for 3 reps, from rack position. My trainer said I'm getting the bar up high enough, but my old creaky elbows won't get under fast enough0

I have the opposite problem as xfitmojo. I can clean and get under the bar just fine, my PR for clean is 138#. I however suck at getting under the bar for anything overhead so my clean and jerk PR is 128#. Sadly my push press PR is also 128# haha, so needless to say my form on the jerk needs a lot of work.0

The weights are the part that I'm good at! Cardio is a WHOLE other story, I'm still in the beginning of my weight loss journey so the running and jumping and pull ups are more difficult for me, but I can out lift most of the girls at my gym (minus the athletes of course).0

Yessss - metcons quick my butt! throw burpees or wall balls or thrusters in there and I'm toast. Nevermind running... I see running and usually fake a call and leave!

170 is my max squat clean and split jerk... but that was a few months back. I almost stood up in a 185# squat clean the other day and would have died happy right then and there, but got stuck on the way up. I love weights, but suck at cardio and endurance. Need to focus more on those, but I just can't stay away from the weights for too long or I go crazy....0

I can clean 105 but my clean and jerk is a sucky 80 lbs 1RM.
I am at the moment recovering from a non-Crossfit-related shoulder impingement and so that 1RM isn't going to look better any time soon.
Can I tell you about my dead lift?LOL!

Right now my pr for a clean is 105. But for a clean and Jerk its 95#. im pretty ecstatic with that0

Cleaned 265 lbs.,Jerked 265 lbs. form is getting better. Gotta learn to drop under quicker or earlier.0

Just had my first Oly meet this past weekend. PRs on both snatch and C&J. Snatch = 44kg, C&J = 57kg
Super happy but can't wait to hit new PRs
