Everyone has start somewhere!! Do you think I would be where I am today if i didn't do something about it? NOPE, I would of just stayed the same in my comfort zone and got bigger! That first step is always the easiest....NOT, but its no looking back from here. Yesterday was yesterday, tomorrow is tomorrow, but today is a PRESENT!! DO SOMETHING FOR YOU! I have some spots open for my Focus T25 CHALLENGE GROUP starts July 15th. LET ME KNOW ASAP!!

    Jeffery,

    Can you explain about what would be involved? I have CP, and am only able to do walk videos like Leslie Sansone, NuStep, and 3
    pound dumbbells. I am doing the walk challenge at the LS group here. Would your challenge be something I could do?
