Ladies, I have been having a smoothie almost every morning and I'm ready for some variety. Care to share any good ones you have made. Here is what I have been making every day. It's packed with lots of nutrients for baby!

1 C. Pineapple Juice
4-5 frozen strawberries
1 banana
small handful of frozen mixed berries (raspberry, blueberry, blackberry frozen bag)
1/4 C. almonds
2 Tbsp. Greek Yogurt
8-10 spinach leaves - you won't even taste them I promise!
Add a few pieces of ice - more if you don't use frozen fruit. You don't need much since most of the fruit is already frozen.

I discovered that the spinach takes the tartness away from the mixed berries, which I normally don't care for mixed berries. I make this before work and I am still sipping on it until 10:30 - ha! It will fill my 24 oz. Tervis cup.

So please share your recipies and try mine too!

    My go-to smoothie is:
    1 c raw spinach
    1 c frozen strawberries
    1 c frozen blue berries
    1 banana
1 c nonfat Greek yogurt, plain
8 oz oj (my SIL prefers diet v8 splash for fewer calories)

This serves 3-4. I neve really measure the fruit, just eyeball it.

    1 sliced, frozen banana
    1 T peanut butter
    1/2-1 C plain greek yogurt
    1 C milk
As much spinach as you want (I usually do 2 cups)

The peanut butter makes it taste almost like a milkshake. It's a little high in calories (350) but keeps me satisfied for hours. I love it!

I do smoothies every morning before my workout. These is my favorite this week since the peach tree is loaded:
    1 c peaches
    .5 banana
    2 c spinach and/ or swiss chard
    .5 c FF greek yogurt
    1T Chia seeds
    .5 c unsweetend almond milk
    1 tsp almond extract
    sometimes 1T of almond butter

Another favorite for a days before a heavy cardio workout (this one is high is sugar):
    1c frozen cherries
2 c spinach or Swiss chard
    2 Dates
.5 tsp ginger powder (or fresh)
    .5 c almond milk
    .5 c greek yogurt
    1 T almond butter

This one sounds similar to mine. I will try switching my pineapple juice to your OJ or v8 splash - both good ideas! Thanks!

This one sounds like it's worth trying! Much different than what I'm used to!

OK, this is going to sound gross... But I read a recipe recently that used avocado in the smoothie as the creamy ingredient instead of bananas. I gave it a shot (skeptically) and it was really good! You can't really taste it, but it adds a richness. I did
    1 c Greek yogurt
    1 c blueberries
    ~1 cup almond milk
    1/2 avocado
    Soooo yummy

That doesn't sound gross at all! I love to use avocado in sweet things! Try it in a cookie recipe in place of 1/2 of the butter. So good.
