New kid on the block seeking more support (females only)

Hi! I am looking for female friends that are in my same category.

My Stats:
31 yrs old
Height 5' 2"
Highest Weight 160+ lbs (I just stopped looking after a while)
Current Weight 156 lbs
Goal Weight 130 lbs (or something close to it)

I am trying to log in everyday & workout at least 4 times a week.

And can someone PLEASE tell me what to do with my hair! I look like I went swimming after every work out LOL!

    As for you hair, I feel you. I played tennis on Monday and it looked like I had a cute little puff starting at the back of my head and working its way forward..lol. I am all natural about the head, so it is even harder.

    I am getting my twist put back in on Sunday. If you can slick it down, then go for it. If not, the ole' faithful twist or braids will work, at least until you get where you want to be then you can do weights and brisk walking, without sweating, to maintain.
