For those who don't know (pretty much everyone except emboch), I'm already married. I got married in August 2012, but I just love seeing what other people are planning for their weddings and helping out if I can.

Our theme/colors changed a few times. First the colors were purple because I found a super cute summer dress to wear to our fairly informal wedding and it had purple in it. Then I decided I didn't want to wear it (it was only $30 so wasn't out much money) and changed the colors to our favorite color, red.

Then I was driving to a party one night and saw this.

That was about a year before our wedding and it was the inspiration for our cornflower blue and yellow wedding. We also had a slight beach theme. This is a link to our album on FB. https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.3680858544019.49838800.1351710197&type=1&l=639332badb

We are going with light pink hydrangeas, baby's breath, silver vases, ivory bows and the bridesmaid dresses are going to be navy (random dresses of their choice). I like the soft romantic feel of the colors.

I am having a purple and sunflower wedding. Purple is my favorite color and sunflowers are my favorite flower. So I am so loving this planning. My wedding planner is amazing and my fiancé is so darn amazing. We are making so sure that we are not over budget and its easier to take care of everything.

My fiance is really into Marvel superheros, so we're having a comic book themed wedding (not in an overboard tacky way though). Our colors are red, turquoise, and navy blue.

I love this! I think so many weddings are considered the "bride's day" but you can't have a wedding without a groom!! I'm from Texas and we originally planned on getting married there but after considering it we decided a destination wedding wasn't for us- so we're having a Texas theme to our wedding! Same as Stacey though- not cheesy just a few touches so that you get the idea

I'm getting married in Feb. 2014. It's a tropical/beach/ocean theme, because we live in Florida near the Atlantic and both love the water and anything related to it. Our colors are blue, yellow, and ivory to represent sky/'water, sun, and sand, and the flowers are all tropical in the same colors. Our honeymoon is a cruise to the eastern Caribbean and the ceremony and reception are on board the ship before it leaves port, so that non-sailing guests can attend. You wouldn't believe the hard time we're having getting people to understand that they don't have to go on the cruise to attend the wedding! LOL. I'm glad I found this group because I enjoy seeing what other couples are planning for their big day!

I am having my bridesmaids in Peacock Blue (David's Bridals Version) and will have pops of lime, purple, and yellow in my flowers. The venue is mostly gold, but gardenesq, so I am going with a gardeny theme.
