Week 1 Weekly Challenge

I was told to take over posting the weekly challenges. :)
Each week there will be a new challenge added on top of the previous week(s).
With that said, here is week one's challenge!

Plank for 20 seconds each day this week.

    Question! When we say "week," are we talking Mon-Sun, or Sun-Sat?

    I am under the impression it is Mon-Sun, was told to post new challenges every Sunday. It looks like weigh-ins will also be on Monday's. I say we stick to the Mon-Sun unless told otherwise?

    I planked for 30 seconds today - it was difficult because my body was shaking. Hopefully it gets easier.

    I'll plank every day, but I've been working on building up my planks, and I'm only up to 12 seconds! :-( Maybe I'll get to 20 with the help fo this week's challenge!!!

    Did my plank after my StongLifts workout yesterday. I was planking for a minute in the last stage of New Rules I did, so it was pretty easy to flow through 20 seconds after being use to a minute!

    Tuesday - Completed
    Wednesday - Completed
    Thursday - Completed
    Friday - Completed

    I will most likely do Saturday's and Sunday's on Saturday.
