Anyways I'm getting I'm shape to cosplay as Link (Twilight Princess), Tetra (Wind Waker), Toon Link. Among others but those are my ultimate cosplay for ACEN. Also I want to leave an impression With my friends I'm worried about their health. Lead by example any ideas?

Leading by example is a great idea! When they see how great you look slimmed down in your costumes it might motivate them to want to look just as good.
