Getting ready for my first 5K!!

After 6 months of training, I am finally going to run my first 5K. It is the Alien Chase (I live in Roswell, NM and this is part of the UFO Festival.) It is a costumed race. Since I know I have no chance of winning the race (if I had run last year with my current times, I would have come in about 90 out of 120 women!!) But I have dropped 15 minutes off my time since I first ran a full 5K!!

I am hoping to win the costume contest.
