My name is Beth and I live in California. I am going back to work on August 1 (I am on summer vacation) and I would love to go back to work weighing 8.75 (5%) less! Today I swam for 30 minutes and I walked for 15 minutes. I have washed my car and know I about to start doing some household chores.
