I quit smoking in May of 2010 because of new health problems. I smoked on and off a few times after that but I never picked it up full-fledge. I haven't smoked in two years. It is hard and I still miss smoking but I don't do it. It is a challenge though. I quit cold turkey, I'm not addicted to nicotine...just the act of smoking. Try to use an electric cigarette that doesn't have any nicotine in it. I was considering trying one.
