Hi everyone,

Hope I'm not stepping on anyone's toes starting the week 2 weigh in topic - I guess with time zones and everything I might be the first ready to check in!

    For our October challenge week 2.

    SW: 123.4Kg / 271.26lb
    CW: 121.8Kg / 267.96lb
    GW: 108.8Kg / 239.36lb

    weekly lost of 1.5kg / 3.3lbs, challenge loss of 1.6kg / 3.52lb

    Goal weight for next week: 176.6 - I am a 1.1 pounds behind. I need to catch up. If I can just hit 176 something next week, I would be a happy camper.

    I redo my ultimate goal weight based on current bf% and current body weight about every ten pounds lost. So if you ever see a change in my goal weights you will know why. The usually never fluctuate more than a pound or so.

    Ended up gaining a few pounds over the last week. I was on vacation and did well at the start of the week, but towards the end I gave in and ate out a bit more than I should have. I'm not worried about it though, as I know I will make it up in the weeks to come.

    Um, I seem to have forgotten to weigh in these last 2 weeks! oops!
    my start weight from June 26th was
    SW: 154.4

    GW: 130 (this is less than 30 lbs - if I get to 124.4 then that's even better)

    today I weigh 153 so down 1.4...but I'm actually up from what I was this weekend :(

    Don't get discouraged if you go up a week, it just means you have to adjust for the current week :). That's why I recommend weighing in every week to my friends.

    170.2 I had a weekend on Cape Cod and unfortunately fell off track so there was no loss but Im super pumped there was no gain!!! :smile: Lets hope for a big loss next week!
