For our October challenge week 2.
SW: 123.4Kg / 271.26lb

I redo my ultimate goal weight based on current bf% and current body weight about every ten pounds lost. So if you ever see a change in my goal weights you will know why. The usually never fluctuate more than a pound or so.0 -

Ended up gaining a few pounds over the last week. I was on vacation and did well at the start of the week, but towards the end I gave in and ate out a bit more than I should have. I'm not worried about it though, as I know I will make it up in the weeks to come.
