I have been so bad lately with my eating and not exercising every day like I'm supposed to. Thought I would have gained at least 5 lbs this month. But today was my end of the month weigh in. I'm at 210. So down 1. I'll take it. I'm starting back with my exercise program today. My eating will be interesting. Summer is the worst time of year financially for me. So each day I'll eat what I have at the house. It'll be mid-July before I get back to grocery store. I should definitely be under on cals each day. My meals will just be a hodge podge of stuff.

I feel meh...TOM so I had weight gain... The water weight is gone and I'm going to get back to it. I have been eating well and lot a couple extra pounds. Making my meal plan for shopping this week to make up. I at least drank my water so I feel good about that. Going to do some ab work tonight at least.0

I'm down 4 lbs. for June. That's pretty good for me. I need to do a little better on some of my food choices. Exercise will probably be slowing down a little now that the temp. has gone up. I don't function well in the heat and we don't have a/c, so I try to lay low when it gets in the high 90's and 100's. I'm trying to walk in the pool everyday to get a good calorie burn.
I'm 3 lbs. from a 40 lb. loss, so I really want to kick it into high gear and lose those 3 quickly. From there, I'll be happy to take it slow.and steady.

I seem to have lost the TOM weight and 10 more pounds. I just feel that's water weight and likely to come tumbling back on so I'm not really counting it. Even though that would technically be 15 lbs...UGgg...So far to go...Wish me luck. I've been going pretty good with eating. Not over eating at all. I have been having dinner salads all week. So yummy and less heating up the house.0

So far not gaining. I haven't really been on a scale. I have been doing my workouts. I did Turbofire Sunday and Monday. So far I like it. I might consider getting all the workouts. I just had to push myself and might need to look more into my overall diet. I need to eat more. I think Halloween would be a short of halfway point before my goal of what I want off by my bday.0
