I am very sorry to say that I have not been successful in the challenge this month and I will have to drop out for July.
However, I hope to sign up in August and get this done.
I was not able to make it work with the travel schedule and it would be very unfair to the people in this challenge if I stayed in.

Tracked my exercise
Went out to eat but can't find the nutrition guide. Once I located that snd finish entering my dinner ill come back to this post0 -
Managed to stay under my calories today and logged everything but after a long day at work (being under staffed and running around for 8 hours non stop) I just don't have the energy to work out.
I want to be honest not only for the challenge but for myself.
I hope everyone continues to do well and can keep up the motivation to stay on track for the rest of the month.

Any sort of extraneous physical activity (such as running around at work all day) counts as exercise for this challenge. So, you're still in the challenge if you want to be.0 -

Sorry I forgot to check in last night before going to bed. Thank you again for this challenge. It is helping me. I did not lose much weight this week but I know what I did wrong. I never went over my caloric intake, but days I exercised I ate some of the calories I burned from exercising. Now I know I have to stay within the 1200 calorie range every day, including days I exercise and earn extra calories0 -
