Hi everyone, I'm training as an amateur boxer, I started around 12 months ago with the goal to get fit enough to fight, I was 90kg and my current weight is 79kg as I had my first fight in April at 72kg and since then I've taken a break, but I'm back into training again now and above all I want to lose body fat and getting into even better shape before fighting again.

Feel free to add me as a friend and follow my journey, any advice, hints, tips etc will be greatly appreciated, and I may also be able to pass on my knowledge to you, so just ask.

    HI There,
    I"m an old bitty (42) who has aspirations of fighting one fight someday. I've sparred, but right now I'm dealing with two injuries, but I won't give up the fight to fight someday! I still train 5-6 days a week around my injuries :) I have a torn disc in my back and now I have a knuckle/hand injury. Just do what I can, let things heal, then keep going.
    Nice to see a group on here! :)
