Any mom's in Illinois around 60169 zip code, I want to start doing some moderately long walks that would involve our kids if there were any moms around me interested in joining us that would be fantastic. I can't always hit up a gym but I can always go on walk with my kids. I know it can be hard to try get in shape/lose weight when you have kids and no sitter or way to get to a gym whether it's due to money for a gym, or just not having any one to look after the kids. I thought this could be a good way to get out and try to burn some calories.
Any takers let me now... : )

    I am in Illinois, but not sure where your zip is.
    I wanted to reach out because I am also a busy mom and have found a great way to fit in fitness at home with some dvd programs. Maybe can connect and I can share some of my results with you!
