DEAD UP.... :(

Just wanted to pass along to all that yesterday morning, when i got up and went to take my UP from sleep mode to day mode, Nothing happened. So the first thing i thought was that my batteries died in the UP, even though when i sync'd before bed the night before it was at 24%, but i tried to charge it anyway. When i plugged in the UP to charge a very dim moon light came on then went right back out and no other lights....nothing. So i unplugged it and tried plugging it in again, this time the sun came on and went right back out, it was red, then nothing. I left it plugged in all day thinking it may have been totally drained, nothing. I then tried the soft reset...even though nothing happens when i plug the UP into my phone....I tried the hard reset....nothing! I am now going to contact support and see what they have to say. I hope they replace it with a more durable UP band.....I like my UP but i just can not handle the issues they seem to be having.

    So I have put in a service ticket to Jawbone, and I heard back pretty quickly. I told them all the things i did to try to fix the UP. They are going to send me a new up but the onyx UP's are on back order and they do not know when they will be in. :(

    I just received my new/replacement UP in the mail. I get to start wearing it again....yeah. I hope this one lasts longer.
