Hello there heavyd1971, I would like to be encouraging to you and be a friend on MFP. I have lost a bit of weight last year and stalled a bit this year. I am looking to get my motivation up again and enjoy the benifits of a healthy lifestyle as it just gets better every day and every step you take.
  • I know this is a bit late reply but just joined the group - I do hope you are doing well and would be glad to friend you! As someone who started at 415 I understand at least some of what you're going through!

I'm in the same boat. 6'3" wt. 420+ age 57. having health problems. My legs and feet swell to the point it hurts to walk. I have tried to lose wt. for years. Have been looking into lap band, but I LOVE to eat to much. I need help, my Dr. is not helping.
